This Saturday! Please join us at the Shack!

imageKhemistry Chicago would like to invite you, your family, friends, churches, and schools to the next Weapon of Choice photo shoot held on 10/26/13 from 1-4pm at 1708 E. 71st street, Chicago, IL (on the N.W. corner of 71st and East End Avenue). We have partnered with a project called Shacks and Shanties. Organized by Faheem Majeed, the project serves as a temporary home and collaborative platform for artist interventions, performances, civically engaged community members, and organizations.

We will shoot inside, outside, and around one of the shacks. For this shoot, the shack will represent our weapon of choice symbolizing the need to rebuild our communities, even if it starts with a shack!

So please come and bring as many people as you can to help make this last WOC shoot of 2013 a success! You are welcome to bring your own non-violent weapon of choice but it is not required.
